The annual reports, with supporting correspondence of railroad companies doing business in Kentucky, were filed with the Railroad Commission and the Interstate Commerce Commission. The reports state the company's date of incorporation, the names of its directors, the number of their shares, and the names of company officers. They also contain lists of stockholders, and statements of liabilities and assets, including investments, property owned, insurance policies held, and any reserve funds.
